The former model – who is engaged to actor Olivier Martinez – has been having ongoing custody issues with Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry. She has publicly shared her desire to move her daughter overseas to France and away from the paparazzi.

Butter actress Jennifer Garner stepped out with 3-year-old daughter Seraphina at a farm in Ventura, Calif. on Thursday (October 18). The pretty pair got into the Halloween spirit and picked out a pumpkin, rode in a wagon train, shopped for fresh veggies, and Seraphina got to ride a pony.

Later, Jennifer Garner treated her daughter Seraphina to a merry-go-round ride while she was picking up coffee at a local cafe.
