Jordan Bratman, the ex-husband of Christina Aguilera, took their 2 1/2-year-old son Max to the Wende Museum for a private party on Sunday (November 13) in Los Angeles, Calif. The exhibit featured various street artists that painted the Berlin Wall.
Max looked adorable as he hung out with his dad and even took several rests on his shoulder throughout the event.

Jordan Bratman and his adorable son Max, 3, were spotted as they left their home in Los Angeles, Calif. for an afternoon of father-son bonding on Friday (September 2).
Looks like Max was thoroughly enjoying being carried and tickled by his doting dad.
Meanwhile, Max' mom - Jordan's ex Christina Aguilera - is fighting back against allegations that she had abused her son after photos of him with an apparent black eye surfaced on gossip website MediaTakeOut.
“To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable,” Christina's attorney said in a letter to the website. “Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself.”
“There are lines you’re just not supposed to cross, and that’s one of them,” the attorney told Entertainment Weekly. “Accusing a mother—even hinting that a mother is guilty of child abuse, that’s a line you don’t cross.”

Singer and songwriter Christina Aguilera is fuming over a recent suggestion that she physically assaulted her 3-year-old son Max and is threatening to sue the media website who published the allegations.
Pictures emerged yesterday of Aguilera carrying a black-eyed Max inside Los Angeles International Airport which were quickly published by MediaTakeOut.com along with an incriminating headline referencing child abuse.
“CHILD ABUSE??? CHRISTINA AGUILERA’S SON IS PHOTO’D WITH BLACK EYE!!!” was yesterday’s title, but the site has since removed the child abuse portion.
Aguilera’s lawyer, Eric Greenspan, fired off a letter to the publication threatening legal action and calling their behavior "reckless and unconscionable,” TMZ reports.
He also explains how little Max obtained the injury.

"Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself. To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable. We reserve our client’s legal and equitable remedies of this reputable disparagement of our client’s character.”

He finishes the letter with the all-capital statement of “HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!”
Media Take Out has responded by clearing up the confusion about their suggestions. They state that “Christina's peeps (aka lawyers) reached out to us. They assure us that the boy's injury was caused by a playground accident. Well, there you have it.”

Christina’s lawyer has shot down outlandish reports of child abuse and revealed the reason for the black eye was for a fall at the park.
“Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself,” the lawyer said.
