Newly single Jordan Bratman was seen carrying his son Max on his shoulders while out and about in Santa Monica, Calif. on Tuesday (March 1). The 3-year-old cuddled closely with dad as they ran errands with some friends.
That same day, Jordan's estranged wife and Max's mother, Christina Aguilera, was arrested for public intoxication after a wild night of partying with new beau Matthew Rutler. Friends are said to be worried about Christina's recent behavior.
