The battle continues between Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry!
The French-Canadian male model is seeking $500,000 in attorney's fees, and $20,000 a month in child support, TMZ reports.
Aubry was in court Thursday asking to increase child support payments, but the case was continued due to inadequate paperwork.
Sources say he is seeking the large fee in order to provide a proper environment for their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.
The genetically-gifted exes have been locked in a bitter custody battle over Nahla since parting ways in 2010. Earlier this month, Nahla was appointed her own legal representative to act in the child's best interests.
